If you haven’t already had plans drawn up – don’t worry – we can help you appoint the right architect to do this for you

The next stage is to provide you with a detailed estimate of what the building work will cost. When, we say ‘detailed’ – we mean what we say. We will send a multi-page document that itemises every single stage of the work that you would like to have done. This break downs the amount of time and cost of labour. As well as listing every conceivable fixture, fitting and item of material that will be used.
 
Bromley & Gaines is proud of our risk free payment program. Once you have agreed the cost, your only commitment is to make a 10% down payment. The balance is collected in stages up until completion.
 
From the outset, we like to help you feel you are part of the ongoing build process. A project manager is assigned to work with you – from the start, through the design, planning, and building stages right up to the moment when the project is completed.
 
This is a major element of our commitment to you. Your project manager will be responsible for overseeing the work from day one. And will ensure the appropriate workforce and materials are on site at the right time. This member of our team will be your contact who will meet with you on a regular basis to keep you updated on progress.
